Recovered frontier dossier

Smoke River

Sector 11 settlement records for River Island. Part reference archive, part living dossier, this first build collects the founding families, the early layout of the island, and the first official notes sent back to the government.

The goal is simple: keep the continuity straight while making the world feel discoverable. Later this can expand into family trees, unlockable records, and character conversations.
